IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All hires must sign an agreement prior to the hire taking place.
The party is to run no longer than two hours, you will have ½ an hour before setting up and another ½ hour after party for clean-up.
You as the caregiver are responsible for the children present and all guests must comply with all Covid-19 conditions.
All children must have a responsible adult there to supervise them during the party. The facilitator is not responsible for ensuring the safety of the children, however will give instruction on how to safely use the equipment.
If the party lacks adequate supervision and the safety of staff and guests is put at risk through reckless and unsupervised behaviour, the party may be shut down and no refund will be given.
Communication is key, so we ask that you arrange a time with our office at least 7 days prior to your party, so that you can view space and discuss any queries and expectations that you might have.
Parties are for children 0-7, if any older siblings attend, it must be negotiated with us prior to the day.
Catering is not done by D’faces of Youth Arts. We do have kitchen facilities available that is included in the price.
Toilets for female, male, disabled and baby change table are available.

Kanga Gym Parties
We know how important birthdays are and we are committed to assist you in creating a special day for you and your family. The D’faces hall set up with a range of Kanga Gym equipment for the enjoyment of your guests. Access to the kitchen that is well appointed with fridges oven etc. All the things you need to feed the crew and where you can make yourself a well-earned cuppa.
Kanga Gym Parties Include:
Hire of the hall and Kanga Gym equipment set up and eating area with tables and chairs
A professional host who will also be your Covid-19 Marshall.
Two age-appropriate party games with small prizes run by the host and lots of free play.
Facilitator to supervise the play area for the duration of the party.
Each guest will receive a balloon on a stick, a prize, and a party bag.
Sound system included in hire.
