About Us

D’faces is a not for profit youth arts organisation based in Whyalla, SA.

About Us

We provide great arts experiences for young people thanks to the support of Carclew and GFG.

Here at D’faces we believe strongly in the transformative power of the arts.

First funded in 1994, D’faces is a not for profit organisation supporting regional youth through the arts, based in Whyalla, South Australia. D'faces provides workshops and special programs in performing and visual arts.

We are able to exist thanks to funding by Carclew Youth Arts. Other individual project support comes from Australia Council for the Arts, Whyalla City Council, The Government of South Australia via Arts SA and Country Arts SA along with other wonderful partners who want to help regional young people make great art.

Our organisation offers affordable arts training and experiences, including weekly workshops in Drama, Dance, Circus, and Visual Art, one off projects, and school holiday programs year round.

D’faces has been the proud recipient of many awards, including the 2018 Ruby Award for Best Regional Event or Project for our extraterrestrial immersive theatre experience, Area 53.
